This course is for you if . . .
"This course was monumental as I navigated the diagnosis of PCOS. As someone who has been undergoing fertility treatment for some time now, I have gotten a lot of advice about nutrition with PCOS and guidelines around this but it always felt so daunting and difficult to incorporate.
As someone who already tries to eat in a balanced way and actively engages in movement, it was confusing to me to understand what needed to be changed and how I could do it in a sustainable way. This course finally gave me what I needed."

Gentle Nutrition
Nutrition holds a key role in managing PCOS, and Eden collaborates with individuals to devise a tailored plan that aligns with their needs, embracing a realistic and achievable approach. This course includes a 1:1 session with our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. We'll review intake, behaviors, and barriers, and create a personalized plan catered to your unique needs. This is to ensure that you are set up with intentions that offer realistic and lasting behavioral changes.

I find myself thinking about this course throughout my day as I plan my meals and as my energy shifts and changes. This is the very first time I have learned about PCOS in a way that feels like I can implement changes in my life in a manageable and sustainable way. After incorporating Eden’s suggestion and education, I have noticed many positive effects on my mind and body such as more sustained energy throughout the day, changes to my skin, and less bloating, amongst other things. I feel very lucky to have been able to take this course and highly recommend it to anyone managing PCOS."
